This house was built in the 1800’s. The stairs getting up to the apartment are very steep and are not for everyone. You will a new set of exterior stairs that lead directly into the main bedroom off the parking area with direct backyard access. These stairs are wide and to modern code unlike the existing stairs from the 1850’s. This should be very helpful to guests carting items in and out of the apartment.
