Pretty recently restored village house, bright and quiet, not overlooked. It consists of a large living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with washing machines and crockery, large fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board. A baby chair.
You will find on the living room side a television, books for adults and children, board games, a wifi connection. All the tourist information of the sector is at your disposal as well as maps of staff and hiking routes.
Upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom 1 double bed, in the other two single beds. A baby cot.
If you have visitors a large room can be added occasionally to the rental of the cottage (25 € per night for one person; 15 € per night / person if several people)
In front of the house, a non-adjoining terrace (10 steps to take) is reserved for you for meals and a nice aperitif: sun loungers, garden tables and chairs, parasol, shade sail and barbecue. You can safely park your bikes there.
La Dolce Via, a beautiful 90 km cycle path, is taken if you have your bikes in Saint-fortunat (2 km from the gîte) and if you need to rent them, in Les Ollières (5 km from the gîte). Eyrieux Sport rents bikes and rosalies, also organizes canoe trips down the Eyrieux.
I can show you several swimming spots in the surrounding rivers, wild swimming or supervised swimming.
In Saint Sauveur de Montagut 10 km from the gîte The Aquarock adventure park, course, monkey bridges and zip lines between trees, rocks and river.
Hikes start at 200 m. from the gîte.
You can do your shopping at the small local producers who are nearby fruit, vegetables, honey and organic goat cheese, or / and at the friendly local markets.
In the fall you will pick mushrooms and chestnuts.
We are located 80 km from the famous Chauvet Cave, 50 km from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and Mont Mézenc.
