Villa Oliandre surrounded by a large 1600 m2 garden with boules court and a 5 x 10 saltwater swimming pool will guarantee you a very nice holiday. Lots of privacy and beautiful mountain views. Upon arrival over a sandy path where you have to drive quietly an electric gate with 2 parking spaces in the yard. In front of the house 3 more parking spaces.
A large living room with sitting area, TV and a very large beautiful complete kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven/ combi microwave oven, wine fridge and dining area. Sliding doors open onto the large terrace with a cosy lounge area as well as a covered dining table. Plenty of sunbeds around the very large pool and also parasols to seek shade.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with washbasin and shower, including 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A total of 3 toilets, the master bedroom has its own toilet in the bathroom. All bedrooms have insect screens in the windows.
The entire villa is also air-conditioned.
Outside, a gas barbecue is available.
