Nestled on the heights of Théoule-Sur-Mer, this luxurious Duplex apartment is located in the prestigious area of Imperial Bay.
The apartment is composed of high-end furniture. The 2 bedrooms and the entire ground floor are air conditioned.
The two bedrooms are located upstairs with 4 very comfortable X-large beds and enchanting sea views. They each have their bathroom with WC. sheets and bath and beach towels supplied as an optional extra (see conditions with the owner)

All the living rooms have a magnificent view of the sea, the bay of Cannes and Antibes, the Lérins islands, Théoule bay and Esterel. You will take advantage of the terrace to eat there, a garden furniture and deckchairs to relax.

By a small staircase at the bottom of the garden, you will reach the very large swimming pool of 15m and the children's pool, located 50m below.
The swimming pools are open from May 1st to October 15th.
