Le Mouton qui Rit is a 400 hundred year old restored farmhouse, located in the beautiful and very quiet Dordogne. This simple and authentic house offers a lot of space and is fully equipped. There is also plenty of space outside, including a private meadow, grove, driveway, not to mention the swimming pool with beautiful views over the countryside.

Characteristic living room with open kitchen and terrace. Le Moulin qui Rit is furnished with many personal items, which makes it very cozy. There are two large bedrooms, these bedrooms on the first floor can be reached via the stairs in the bathroom (32m2). Both bedrooms (62! And 32 m2) have a double bed of 160x 200. Between these bedrooms is a large (32m2) multifunctional room with a large smart TV. The other two spaces, hardly to be called bedrooms as they are very basic, are on the ground floor and can only be reached from the outside, the first (22m2) has a double bed of 160 x 200 and the second has a double bed of 140 x 190, the last room is quite small (11m2) and suitable for young people or adventurous elderly, but it sleeps wonderfully!
Outside
Le Moulin qui Rit has a very spacious driveway, with enough parking space and a carport for 1 car, large garden with meadow and forest. Behind the house is the private swimming pool with a beautiful view over the countryside. The nearest neighbor is one kilometer away, so the house is very private but only 3 km away from the nice and beautiful village of Saint Pompon with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant.
Surroundings
Beautiful nature, lots of birds and occasional a deer or a low-flying balloonist. There are many possibilities for walking (or jogging) and cycling. Daglan (10-15 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by bike) is a very beautiful village with a lovely river, really a small paradise! The towns of Belvès, La Roque-Gageac and Domme are also well worth a visit.
