Seasonal (from Easter to All Saints) heated pool with overflow (salt filtration), wooden deck and terrace with pergola, barbecue, in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with lounge furniture. House and garden have south-west orientation.
Shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, press) as well as gastronomy, hairdresser and petrol station with washing street 200 meters from the house.

A House with history. After 1933, Sanary-sur-Mer developed into a escaping point for many European artists. For the writers Sanary was also a place to work in peace. The German writer and journalist Sibylle Bedford belonging to the friends group around the Mann Family, née von Schönebeck, lived in this house until 1940.
