At 2000m altitude, at the heart of Beaufortin & at the edge of the Parc de la Vanoise, just in front of the Arcs station, this alpine chalet was reconstructed 2 years ago w/ the most beautiful traditional materials: local stone, brushed larch, slat stone roof. The huge bay windows give you the impression of being suspended in air. Fascinating!

It's the ideal location to find oneself around nature, in a warm & very comfortable place. The eagles & marmots will come out to see you: a show is guaranteed!

Overlooking the valley, the panorama of Bourg-saint-Maurice in Courchevel is breathtaking, you won’t get enough!

The chalet is accessible by passenger vehicle in summer, via the alpine routes (very low cars not advisable, 4x4 rental possible at Bour-Saint-Maurice).

The electricity- 220 V- is provided by solar panels and batteries: every comfort, the only restriction is that high consumption appliances only work w/ the starting up of the generator (not the dishwasher, nor the washing machine). Pressurized spring water according to your wishes (hot & cold, bathtub, heating from the wood-burning stove).

A large living area (50 sq.m) is located on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There is a mezzanine, without sleeping arrangements. 7 single beds can be joined in order to make double beds in 2 of the bedrooms if you wish, the bed linen is provided.

The weekly rental of the chalet includes the guide for 'settling in', wood, gas, cleaning products & bio or natural toilets (to limit harmful waste), end of stay cleaning (apart from dishes), linen cleaning (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and table cloths).

There is a TV for those who can't do without, a Hi-Fi channel & for those who want to stay connected, mobile phone & 3G connection work without problems.

Activities
Many walks are possible, by foot or mountain bike (rental possible in the valley), & you're at the start of the prettiest walks in the Alps! Paragliding is close by (school in Bourg Saint-Maurice). In August & September, the cranberries & blueberries are abundant...

Fixed price of €1000/ week, all included. From Saturday to Saturday, except on specific request. Arrivals from 4.00 p.m departures at 11:00 a.m.
