The fourth level consists of the living room with an office corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet, the living room opens to a large planted terrace , the fifth level which is reachable with a private staircase consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed and its en suite half bathroom with shower and bath tub, a full bathroom with shower and a combo washer/dryer and a second bedroom with twins which can be transformed into a queen bed. the toilet of the full bathroom is easily reachable from the master bedroom. The apartment TV is in the master bedroom.
The property is reachable with a staircase ( 4 flights of stairs) and has NO elevator . It is located on a quiet street a few steps away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The nearest metro is Etoile with has metro line 1, 2 and 6 and the RER A . The Monoprix ( large supermarket) of the Champs Elysees is 5/10 minutes away
