House in a very quiet area, in the back country, nice view on olive trees. 10 mn from the city center of Toulon by car or bus. 10 km from the beaches easy access in 20 mn from Bandol, Sanary sur mer, Hyères... sea and country for peaceful vacation. Cannes , Nice, Saint tropez, Aix en provence , Marseille and Avignon are approximatively 1 hour driving.
The house was fully renovated recently. Kitchen fully equipped and very nice to cook because in the living room.
Barbecue on the balcony (access from kitchen) big table outside for 8 people.
the house is on 2 levels 1 bath room and toilet on each level. there are 3 bed rooms with double beds.
Big car park to host up to 3 cars. Very big swimming pool 11 meters per 4 meters, very deep (2 meters) . Alarm and fence for swimming pool. Swimming pool maintenance is made by a professionnal who will visit each week.
