This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, like a townhouse, with a private planted terrace is located only a few meters away from the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes. For a holiday or a short stay for events, it's perfectly located in the center of town 5 min walk to the beach and 6 min to the Martinez or Carlton Hotels but is located in a very quiet & green environment.
Fully redecorated in 2022, this apartment is spacious, high ceilings and has a nice cozy feel to it. The planted terrace (29 sq meter) gives extra room and privacy.
On the ground level there is a spacious living area, open plan kitchen, comfortable seating. There is a guest toilet also on the ground floor. The spacious living room and kitchen look out over a very nice private patio & courtyard/terrace where you can sit outside. There is garden furniture and parasols.
The kitchen if fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a substantial meal including a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, ... There are bar stools to sit at the breakfast bar for a meal or for working.There is a little extra desk to work on (work area/computer) next to the window area overlooking the terrace.
Up the stairs to the top level, there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds (very good quality) which can also be attached together to make a double. The Master bedroom has a queen size 160 x 200 cm super quality bed and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, bath tub with a shower attachment and a toilet. There is a second bathroom on the landing with a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet for the second bedroom.
1.3km from the Palais des Festivals (17 min walk), 450 meters (6 min walk) from the Croisette, the Martinez Hotel or Carlton and the beaches, 150 meters from the main shopping street in Cannes and there is also a big supermarket less than a minute walk away and a new fabulous swimming pool complex 5 min walk away.
