Positive: Great location - 10 min walk from the beach. New building Very good interaction with the owner. Free secure undeground parking (a bit tight for SUV) Many places to buy food close to the building.

Negative: This appartment is in a private building not suited for tourists - private appartments are here so noise needs to be kept very low, minding the locals is important - not a big downside for us but still something to be acknowledged. From the pictures it can be assumed that the pool is part of the appartment but it is not - it is on the top floor of the building and available for all people living there. Another thing: 3 bracelets were provided for access to the pool.

Summary: Very enjoyable stay that we will remember
