Recently constructed (2004) and ideally located: Close to the beach (50 m), at the foot of Dune du Pyla (200 m from an access to the Dune). Comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped house (small and large appliances and many dishes). 2 large terraces: main terrace of 100 sq.m with beautiful view of the Pool and another terrace with swimming pool, not overlooked, below, heated and secured with a roller shutter. The neighbourhood is quiet and familial. Bicycle paths protected up to Arcachon. Available facilities: Table tennis, 6 bicycles, billiards, boxing bag, Weber barbecue, 6 toboggans to slide down the dune, many deckchairs, 2 exotic wood outdoor tables with many chairs, garden lounge with wooden armchairs, a real outdoor shower with cabin and hot water, tablecloths, bath mats, loaned tea towels, folding bed for baby and children and a high chair. Layout: - on the ground floor: living room (living room, dining room with billiard corner) separate kitchen but open to dining room with bar and pool view.
