The second area (10 m²) has a convertible sofa, providing an extra bed if required, as well as a flat-screen TV. Both rooms have individual reversible air-conditioning. This floor has a large 10 m² bathroom with a large shower cubicle and washing machine.
It is then possible to go up to the top floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom with a large balcony is 11 m² and has a bunk bed (80x190). The other 2 bedrooms, each with a single bed (90x190), are 10 m² in size and have sublime views. Each of the 3 bedrooms on the top floor has reversible air conditioning.
