The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It features a dishwasher, hob, microwave with grill function, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils for a comfortable and convenient stay.
BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms face the quiet inner courtyard, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 1 features a luxurious super king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a TV, and access to a private balcony.

The area is safe, vibrant, and highly walkable, with excellent bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The pedestrian shopping streets, Place Masséna, and Old Town are all within walking distance, while the tram provides easy access to the airport and train station. A perfect location for enjoying both the seaside and the city’s lively atmosphere.

- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.
- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).
- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
