Positive: This is a great studio apartment in the heart of Old Town Antibes! So close to everything! I only had a short stay so I didn't use any of the appliances but it appeared to be well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Shower was decent sized and had great hot water. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Negative: The smell of air freshener was a bit overwhelming when I entered but obviously preferable to stinky smell.
