Its great plus is that this apartment has a parking spot in the Port Vauban ! It is a private parking unit where only admin can access to. The spot is subject to availably and it is located 500 meters away from the building. ## Access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Interaction I live in Antibes and am at my shop from 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Friday. I am then very available for help you out throughout your stay if needed in order to insure the quality of your stay. One of our agent will be in front of the building entrance to welcome you according to your requested check in time (from 4 PM to 8 PM). This person will answer to all of your questions regarding the apartment and its surroundings. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by text, Whatssap and call !! After 8PM, you will be able to proceed to a check in according to our availabilities (additional charges possible, contact us for more information). ## Neighbourhood The apartment is located in the rue de la République in Antibes, on the famous place nationale area of the old town of Antibes. There, you will be closed to all commodities such as restaurants, bars, shops, convinrent stores, local artists, souvenir shops and more ! Beaches and the Port Vauban marina are a few minutes from the apartment only ! ## Notes The apartment is located on the first floor of the building without elevator. If you loose the parking card, you will be charged a 100 euros on your security deposit.
