The house is easy to find, near public transports (if you travel by train, tramway will let you at 5mn walk) and if you come by car in front of house is free. The house is very well insulated and oriented, bright. The garden is closed, the terrace is large.
Access is by 5 steps and the room to the west is in mezzanine with a Japanese step-like staircase, then not accessible to disabled people or children.
