THE VILLA
The duplex villa, built in 2015 with external insulation, is located on a plot of 3000 square meters, bordering a sandy beach limited by 2 rocky capes, and is 150 meters from the Farinole tower, and 130 meters from the sea .
It is equipped for stays of 4 people
All shutters have adjustable slats, allowing you to adjust the brightness in all rooms
Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area (table and chairs) opening onto a terrace (table, chairs, parasol) living room with sofas, coffee table and TV corner - WC - dressing room with storage and washing machine.
Staircase leading upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables and storage cupboards, French doors leading to the terrace, with sea views

The sea side facade and the terraces are sunny from 11 a.m. to sunset
Outdoor sanding shower, plancha & gas BBQ, sunbathing, etc.
The barbecue: handling only by an informed adult. Do not move it. After use, close the gas bottle and clean it without dismantling.
Outdoor shower: to be used when returning from the beach (sand removal). Do not forget to close the water tap after use.
The barbecue and the outdoor shower will be cleaned up at the end of the stay.

Inventory: will be visited upon arrival and departure of the tenant.
Damaged or missing equipment must be replaced or retained on the deposit.
A complete inventory (furniture, equipment, household appliances, tableware, decorative items) is made available to the tenant.
Insurance: the lessee indicates that he has insurance covering rental risks by providing a copy of the policy when entering the premises.
The beach
The sandy beach is a hundred meters from the house, accessible on foot via a private path
Rocky caps delimit it. On foot, there is a pebble beach to the south bordered by a small group of old fishermen's houses, rocky coves, and, to the north, a long sandy beach with restaurant and rental of nautical equipment (kayaks, paddle, pedal boats. ..) as well as a ranch offering horse riding and snacks.
The site
The town of Farinole is made up of a group of typical villages (stone houses, slate roofs) on the hillside, 7 km from Patrimonio, with renowned vineyards, restaurants, etc.
12 km from the town of Saint Florent, 20 km from Bastia.
Its geographical location, located between Cap Corse and Nebbio, allows tenants to find themselves in a typically "cap-corsin" village and close to a tourist place such as Saint Florent
Area

A large area (Leclerc) 3 km from the village allows weekly shopping.
Bastia is 30 minutes, Calvi, Ile Rousse and Corte 2 hours by car.
