This cute and carefully constructed mountain retreat features 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, furnished with all amenities. Master bedroom has queen bed ground floor, TV and private adjoining bathroom. Second bedroom has full size bed. Upstairs loft has queen bed. There is additional hidden sleeping loft with 1 twin bed accessible by an attic ladder. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and mudroom entrance with coat closet. There are two separate dining areas, one in the great room and another small one in kitchen/dining area. Living room has a rustic fieldstone fireplace with gas logs and a quick start remote control, and a large Flatscreen TV above fireplace. Cottage has Wireless high-speed internet and cable TV, as well as Efficient Monitor oil fired heating system. There is a/c in master bedroom as well as one centrally located in great room. Nice Sunny deck, outdoor grill & outdoor fire pit. Private road and driveway. VERY LARGE lawn. A sunny, private spot with no neighbors on a six acre property.
Beautiful views amidst a rolling meadow and large spruce trees. 5 miles to Margaretville. 4 miles to Roxbury. Halcottsville pond a mile away for kayaking and fishing. Enter private road from State route 30. Trout fishing on the East Branch of the Delaware river 200 yards away.
