The property offers an impressive floor plan of 134m2 and has been finished to the highest standard with great attention towards bringing in as much natural light in as possible. The property contains everything you will need and more to make your stay just perfect.

The house is sitsuated within the tranquil seaside village of Denneville plage. You will be in walking distance of the wonderful local bakery, restaurant and just a minute away from the beach.
The neighbouring town of Port-bail (5 minutes drive) offers all the amenities you will need, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery's, butchers, a pharmacy and much more.
I have traveled and lived in many regions of France and the west coast of Normandy remains my favourite destination, so much so I decided to move Here from the uk 6 years ago and have never looked back.
The garden is fully fenced with a lockable gate and is completely secure and safe for dogs. The garden also benefits from a full size pétanque (bowels) court of which has provided lots of entertainment (and a bit of competitiveness : ) to many of of our guests.
The house will be equipped with an E car charger as of December 2020.
