Enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset from the large poolside terrace. Central to Nice (15 min), St Paul de Vence (5 min), Antibes (20 min), Cannes or Monaco (30 min). Rental includes the main level only, and exclusive private access to the pool and gardens. Renovated 2026. The upper level is closed off but unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
Newly renovated large kitchen and living area. Brand new luxury bathroom with soaker tub, rainfall shower, bench with waterfall shower. One bedroom with EU king-size bed (US equivalent between Queen and King). New high quality linens provided. New sofa, carpet and furniture. Large outdoor dining table, patio furniture (sectional, plus poolside loungers). Both gas and charcoal BBQs.

Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.
