- A beautiful garden of about 400 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days, ideal for a family meal around a barbecue.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Étienville, between the countryside and the sea, between Sainte-Mère l'Eglise and Pointe du Hoc, in a very pleasant environment, 1 minute from Camping du Grand Vey. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also in Carentan from shops, restaurants, bars, market...
