Located directly on the Salzhaff Bay of the Baltic Sea, between Wismar and Rerik, there are plenty of options for that here. This beautifully furnished house is located within the thatched-roof vacation home community “Haffdroom,” right next to a bird sanctuary and just 900 meters from the popular natural beach at Salzhaff.
For toddlers, this swimming spot offers the best place to splash around, while for everyone else, it’s the ideal spot for all kinds of water sports. Since it’s a shallow area, it offers excellent conditions almost year-round, even for beginners.
From “Lütt Lenneke,” you can also go on bike rides, hikes, and excursions in the immediate vicinity. Impressive day trips to the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik, and the island of Poel, or to the Hanseatic cities of Wismar, Rostock, and Bad Doberan, are easily accessible from here. Inspired by the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast, the two-story house is bright and open, decorated in colors typical of the Baltic Sea region. Guided by the philosophy “Less is more,” a place for peace, relaxation, and slowing down has been created.
With its 108 square meters spread over two floors, it’s ideal for 4 to 6 people. Each level features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy living area. In the loft on the upper floor, the two armchairs can be used as two additional sleeping spots (not a separate bedroom).
On the first floor, there is a very well-equipped kitchen with an open dining area. The table offers enough space for 6 people and can be extended on both sides for added comfort.
A three-sided fireplace connects the living and dining areas and provides a cozy atmosphere in the evening or when the North German weather turns chilly. In addition, easily adjustable floor heating ensures pleasant warmth in all rooms.
On the 28-square-meter terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors either in a wind-protected beach chair or in a comfortable lounge chair. Stylish patio furniture is available for a cozy meal with a view of the forest, meadow, and Salzhaff.
