This apartment is designed with an open living, dining and kitchen area, featuring a comfortable plush sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal including an oven, a microwave, and a toaster, perfectly equipped for your holiday needs.

The first and second bedrooms are both furnished with a double bed, providing equal comfort for everyone. The third bedroom is the master suite and is also equipped with a double bed, all complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need such as a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

There’s also an open terrace equipped with seating areas where you can lounge and enjoy the fresh air.

This street is lined with beautiful 18th-century architecture and is close to some of the city's most popular attractions, including the Place Stanislas, Parc de la Pépinière and the Nancy Museum-Aquarium. In addition to these popular tourist destinations, the street is also close to a variety of charming restaurants and bars, such as La Petite Cuillere and La _ Maison dans le Parc.

The apartment location is well-served by public transportation, with Nancy Metro station just a few minutes away and there are also busses that run every few minutes, so you can easily get around. The closest bus stop is at Cristalleries, only 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
