First of all, it is located just 2 km from the beaches, the seafront of Fréjus Plage and a few hundred meters more from Saint Raphael on the one hand and Port Fréjus on the other.
Suffice to say that access to the sea will only take a few minutes by car, but also for those who wish to take advantage of their bikes, the cycle path which leads to the beach of the nature base passes near the house.
This house in a quiet subdivision has just been tastefully renovated by its owners.
From the entrance with immediately to the right a toilet and a shower, the living room (large screen TV and fiber box) is available to you with the dining room and access to the beautiful terrace and the garden.
On the right is the perfectly equipped kitchen and also with access to the terrace which will allow you with its large parasol to be able to take meals outside, spend beautiful moments of conviviality and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings .
The ground floor is air-conditioned.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms as beautiful as each other with 3 beds 160 by 200. The air conditioning is located in the corridor between the bedrooms and cools the whole.
