Simple, modernized holiday home just 100 meters from the beach. Through a secured access gate, you can directly reach the boulevard of Luc Sur Mer. The home is located on the owner's property. In the garden and on your terrace, you will enjoy complete privacy. This house is of course ideal to spend long days at the beach, where the children can build beautiful sandcastles and play in the water. You just need to cross the street and you're there. Just a few meters from the house you can try one of the nice outdoor cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. There are also shops within walking distance from the house. You can also visit the City of Caen (17 km) and the City of Bayeux (30 km). Cars can be parked in the guarded public car park (free) across the holiday home. In the well-furnished garden, you can start the day with a morning coffee. The children’s bed and a high chair are available on request.
