This bright t3 formerly fisherman’s house has been completely renovated. Spacious and air-conditioned, it is located in the town of Santa maria di lota at the beginning of Cap-Corse, just 10 minutes by car from the city center of Bastia, the commercial port and 5 km from one of the most beautiful villages of Cap-Corse (Erbalunga village totally pedestrian punctuated by the various festivals).
All amenities are 2 minutes walk from the accommodation (restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, tobacco, paddle and kayak rental ...).
There is a bus stop to Bastia or Erbalunga in the centre of the village.
You can go to Miomo beach by private access or Aqua gym classes will be offered and inflatable water games available for your children.
A panoramic balcony overlooking the beach of Miomo and its Genoese tower is accessible from both bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160/190 bed and the second bedroom with two 80/190 beds that can be assembled.
