With a floor area of around 200m², this beautiful house offers you: a beautiful living room with a cosy atmosphere, including a dining area (large table for 10 people), a sofa area and a relaxation area with a TV corner; an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with quality appliances including fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. (plus a utility room). On the same level, there is a shower room with WC, a first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, and a second shower room with WC.
