Summary: A wonderful traditional hotel set high in the hills with a fantastic panoramic view. Our room was large comfortable and quiet. The restaurant does have a limited menu but does include a 'prix fixe' section where starter, main and pudding are selected for you, we selected this and we were not disappointed. The staff only speak french but are quite willing to use a translation app on their phone to explain! A couple of points to note the hotel is well signposted on a quiet country lane about 5 kilometres from Munster so a car is essential, (if you are not cycling or hiking..) Also when we stayed, July 2023, the restaurant was shown as closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings.... Breakfast was continental with a large selection of pastries, bread, cheese ham, jams etc.
