This former farmhouse in the Allier valley has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests in a haven of peace. The 500 m² of private grounds are ideal for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet. The unobstructed view lets you enjoy the landscape in summer and winter alike, and catch glimpses of your close neighbors in the distance: deer, hinds, roe deer and local wildlife.
Nearby: Saugues 12 km away (shops and services, weekly market, organic lake with supervised swimming, Bête du Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais, Michelin-starred restaurant 5 km away), white-water sports on the Allier 10 min away. You enter directly into the living room, which features a dining area with a large table perfect for sharing meals by the wood-burning stove, a sitting area with TV, vinyl player and records, and a few board games to keep you busy in the evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...) opens onto the adjoining terrace with garden furniture and brazier. A shower room with WC and washing machine are available on the first floor.
