The location in Théoule-sur-Mer is ideal for fun trips to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia (famous for a large market). You can do this by car, but taking the train is also recommended. You can also follow the spectacular coastal road towards Saint Tropez, where you will regularly be surprised by beautiful views and bays with sandy beaches.
Théoule-sur-Mer itself is a picturesque village with atmospheric beaches; when eating out, check out the village itself instead of the beach, it's really worth it. We have discovered delicious restaurants here.
Once through the electrically operated gate, you enter the private grounds that look like they came straight off the movie screen. A flat wide staircase leads you to a spacious terrace. Here you will find outdoor living in its most refined form; the azure sea with Cannes and the Lérins Islands as a beautiful backdrop, the spacious infinity pool, the Jacuzzi (water temperature equal to that of the pool) and a pool house with bar, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom: typical Mediterranean luxury.
The heatable pool measures no less than 12 by 8 meters and is equipped with a wide plage. Large dining tables, comfortable loungers, and the living panorama of what is happening on the sea complete this unique picture. Here you feel completely free from everyday worries and can leave time behind.
High up in the garden, via a garden path through the tropical vegetation, you come to a quiet glass room: ideal for meditation and yoga. Next to it is a small terrace.
The spacious lounge is divided into two seating areas and opens to the terrace by the lawn on the seaside. There is an open connection to the kitchen, which is fully equipped including an American fridge with ice maker and a bar.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two of them open onto a terrace with sea views and each has a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and a terrace at the back of the villa. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms.
The master bedroom is slightly higher in the extension and can be accessed both from inside and outside. This is a gorgeous room where warm coloured wood predominates. It looks pure and sober but at the same time stylish and luxurious. From the beautiful double bed, you have a magnificent view of the sea. You have access to a spacious walk-in wardrobe. Thanks to a beautifully shaped glass dome and glass walls, this room is bathed in light. The fifth bedroom is on the garden level and can be accessed both from inside and outside. There is a sofa bed and a single bed on the mezzanine.
