• Ground floor: 1 spacious double bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 shower room, 1 office, 1 guest bedroom (140 cm bed).
• Upstairs: a large, bright living room opening onto a terrace with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 comfortable bedrooms (140 cm beds).

• Just a 15-minute walk to the beaches (Prophète, Catalans, Malmousque, Vallon des Auffes).
• Close to the Corniche, charming little fishing ports (Malmousque, Fausse Monnaie, Vallon des Auffes), and the shops & restaurants of Rue d’Endoume.
